The Garrote Podcast releases new episodes to the public every fortnight (per season), free of charge, on the 1st and 15th of every month.



For those who wish to help insulate the publication from the danger of premature discontinuation, this podcast uses the Supercast platform to provide early episode access by uploading to that paywall in groups of three episodes per “drop.”  From these upload sets, the free episodes will release to both YouTube and Apple Podcasts on the aforementioned fortnightly schedule, after which the following triad will upload to Supercast, recommencing the cycle.  This creates a situation in which the premium and free episodes have different release dates, despite the content of both episodes being the same.  Please see the calendar below for abundant clarity with regards to the details of these differences. 

Accordingly, the Garrote Podcast's Supercast mainpage furnishes two subscription tiers, entitled "Basic" and "Elevated," both of which grant the aforementioned early episode access.  Fortunately, Supercast's payment procedure is both streamlined and intuitive; however, after purchase completion, one must decide whether listening to the premium content via desktop or mobile device would be most suitable in the context of his or her circumstances.
